Paul McCartney announces “third and final” Bowery Ballroom show

Paul McCartney‘s clearly got a thing for playing tiny NYC shows on Valentine’s Day. He did it back in 2015 at Irving Plaza, and now, exactly 10 years later and after playing two even smaller showsat NYC’s Bowery Ballroom earlier this week, he’ll do it again. He just announced his third Bowery show, happening this Friday, aka Valentine’s Day. Tickets are on sale now, in person only, but if you’re not at the venue already, you may be too late; fans have been lined up since early this morning in hopes of another show. Here are the details:

THIRD AND FINAL SHOW ADDED

Friday, February 14th

Bowery Ballroom

5:00 Doors
6:30 Showtime

Tickets on sale now only at Bowery Ballroom box office. No tickets sold online.

First come, first served. One ticket per person. Extremely limited tickets available.

Avoid purchasing tickets from third-party vendors. Fake tickets will not be honored and entry will be denied.

SIGNS OF A FAKE TICKET:

Tickets for this event are PHYSICAL only. If someone sends you a digital ticket, it is a fake. Signs of a fake physical ticket include spelling mistakes, missing a Ticketmaster logo or watermark, or coloring that is not blue and white.

More than 1 ticket – individuals were only able to purchase 1 ticket. Be wary of anyone offering more than 1.

The shows haven’t allowed phones or cameras, so we haven’t seen any video footage, but you can check out the setlists from Tuesday and Wednesday (which included the first performance of 1997’s “Flaming Pie” in over 15 years). Among those spotted in attendance at Wednesday night’s show were Anne Hathaway, Jerry Seinfeld, Martin Scorsese, Tom Hanks, Paul Rudd, and Emma Stone.

Paul has been in town, officially, for Sunday’s three-hour SNL 50th anniversary special, and he was also at the Super Bowl on Sunday.
